On November 13, 2006, H&E Equipment Services, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has completed its exchange offer of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8 3/8% Senior Notes due 2016 registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for $250,000,000 principal amount of its outstanding 8 3/8% Senior Notes due 2016. H&E Equipment Services, Inc. Completes Exchange Offer
for 8 3/8% Senior Notes Due 2016

BATON ROUGE, LA — (November 13, 2006) - H&E Equipment Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: HEES) today announced that it has completed its exchange offer of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 8 3/8% Senior Notes due 2016 registered under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “New Notes”) for $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 8 3/8% Senior Notes due 2016 issued in a private offering in August 2006 (the “Old Notes”).

As of the scheduled expiration time of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on November 13, 2006, $250,000,000 of the aggregate principal amount, or 100%, of the Old Notes were tendered and accepted for exchange by H&E Equipment Services, Inc.
